Retaliot is another space shoot-’em-up entry into the MSXDev9 competition, this time courtesy of Video Hazard (with Madonna MK 2 on lead). British Bob released on MSX

RELEVO Videogames have completed their entry into the MSXDEV’09 competition with British Bob. This is a classic style platform game where the game’s character, Bob, has been called in to save the day: recover tea biscuits that have been stolen by a gang of thieves. Cow Abductors is developer Paxanga Soft’s unannounced entry into the MSXdev’09 games competition.  As the title might suggest, this horizontal abduct-’em-up has the player controlling an alien spaceship as it goes around beaming onboard unsuspecting cows.  The game’s ROM and manual can be downloaded from the MSXdev’09 pages. La Corona Encantada, updated, tweaked and improved

After finishing third in the MSXdev’08 competition and being featured at the recent RetroMadrid, the MSX version of La Corona Encantada has been tweaked, improved, and unleashed onto the retrogaming world with a glorious new download. Yes, these are now the final versions of the game and both the MSX and Spectrum versions can be downloaded from Karoshi Corporation’s website.

Knight Lore remade for the MSX2

The original Knight Lore is considered by many as a true classic game, which was the first to use the revolutionary isometric perspective. La Corona Encantada is a classic style platform game where the player needs to retrieve 20 golden coins in order to save the ancient country of Hyoth. The game was originally developed for the MSXDev 08 competition by Karoshi Corporation.
